OVERVIEW
JWC Environmental has a wide range of skid mounted Rental DAF systems ready for service. They provide an excellent opportunity to pilot a DAF system and gain insight on what level of effluent quality can be achieved, get real numbers for ongoing chemical costs, and see what volume of sludge is produced through the treatment process. Rental FRC DAF units are also an excellent option for temporary shutdowns of the primary treatments systems as well as augmenting systems for additional capacity or permit compliance.
Typical Rental Applications
- Emergency situations where permit limits are being exceeded.
- Equipment goes down for maintenance and a short-term solution is required.
- Delays in wastewater plant construction at effluent producing facilities.
- Existing system needs to be replaced and treatment is required during the change-over.

Rental Systems Options
JWC’s Rental FRC DAFs are available skid-mounted for quick set-up and operation or as standalone units to be connected to other on-site equipment.
Units are available in flow ranges from 20 – 2,000 gpm (4 – 454 m3/hr) in dissolved air, nitrogen, or gas configurations. Rental units come with everything required to properly connect and control the DAF system including a feed pump, a flocculator, chemical dosing pumps, controls and much more.
